Mining and Quarries

Mines require environmentally robust equipment which is not adversely affected by dust, extreme temperatures, rough treatment and power fluctuations.

Datafuel systems have been installed at a number of mines and quarries over the last 20 years.

Mine systems need to control fuel at one or multiple tank farms, mobile tankers and service vehicles, small tanks on trailers and on light fleet. Remote site locations demand flexible power and communication link options.

Quarries typically have one main tank and a mobile tanker/trailer to service equipment in the pit. They may also have processing facilities sharing site such as a cement works. Processing facilities may have separate tanks with “transport industry” type requirements.

Datafuel systems have been engineered for extreme conditions and have addressed these requirements individually or as a total solution.
