Hardware Maintenance Agreements

Hardware maintenance agreements provide:

  • extended equipment support during the warranty period
  • reduced or zero cost equipment repair after warranty expiration

The value of hardware maintenance agreements increases as equipment ages beyond three years.

Customers with maintenance agreements are given priority telephone and field support.

A number of hardware maintenance agreements are available including Silver, Gold and Custom. Custom agreements can be created for medium to large multi-console customers with specific requirements.
