Customers can access a range of Datafuel documentation and support tools.
Service Calls
If you are having system problems and require service department assistance you can submit a Service Request. This will immediately place your issue in the service queue and assign a case number.
Telephone Support
“Free Reasonable Use” telephone support is available for ALS and maintenance customers and is chargeable for non-ALS customers. Customers with maintenance and or ALS support agreements are given priority. If lines are busy please submit an online Service request and a technician will contact you.
Software Updates
Customers can download WinFMS software updates and patches. The download facility is available to current Annual License and Software Support (ALS) customers.
Maintenance and Support Agreements
Datafuel provide a range of maintenance support agreements including software (ALS), silver, gold and custom. Customers with support agreements are given priority telephone and field support.
