Clarks Logan Buses (CLB) has implemented a Datafuel DF5000 based Fuel Management System with vehicle automation technology. The Mifare card based system enables electronic transfer of vehicle and odometer information whilst retaining flexibility for integration with Mifare based access control and ticketing systems.

“To be honest I was waiting for the system to be installed longer than I wanted”, said Graham Davis, CEO of CLB. “Datafuel were apparently near completion of new versions of both the vehicle automation technology and WinFMS software. They wanted to implement both upfront rather than disrupt the business through double upgrades only a few months after installation.”

“Given the scope of the system, Datafuel sent two head office technicians for the job. They were very competent and assisted in resolving issues that were integral to the projects success.”
